Meet our Principal

Emeka Onyebuchi B.Tech. M. SC, FNIVS, RSV

He holds Bachelor of Technology Degree in Estate Management from Rivers State University of Science and Technology, Port Harcourt. He obtained Masters of Science in Construction Management in from University of Lagos. He has over 30 years continuous (on-the-job) working experience in all the facets of real Estate Practice. He has been privileged to work with Charles Adebiyi & Co; from where he joined Jide Taiwo & Co. and rose to become a partner in Jide Taiwo & Co from where he set up Onyebuchi Emeka & Co and he is the Principal Partner.
He is a Fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) and registered by Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON) as well as the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria to practice Estate Surveying and Valuation in Nigeria.
